Useful Informations about the reservation
The period of reservatio goes from the beginning of June to the half
of October approximately. If the conditions of the river alllow it,
it is possible to start the navigation also from the half of May.
The Renaioli Association avails itself of the right of not to carry
out the service in case of bad weather and no navigability of the
river
All this for the passengers security. In case of payment in advance
the subscrition will be integrally refunded. Best

June from 9 am to 12 pm
July from 9 am to 11am and from 6 pm to 12 pm
August from 9 am to 11am and from 6 pm to 12 pm
September from 9 am to 12 pm
October (half month) from 9 am to 12 pm
It is possible to do the tours at different hours
but it is necessary specify it at the moment of the reservation.
However It is better to avoid the central hours of the day, from
11AM to 4 PM.

guide?
We advise you to reserve a tour with a tourist guide It will be
an unique experience in which monuments
that you will see slide in front of your eyes, with the descriptions
and the information necessary
in order to understand and to appreciate the rich history of Florence.
You have to know that the renaioli don't speak foreign languages,
for this reason the guide is fundamental.
We pray you therefore to communicate us the number of participants,
the month, the day and the hour in order to carry out the tour.
We remember you to communicate also if you want the tourist guide
and in which language.

Terms and Conditions of Payments
It is necessary to pay an advance of 30%. If you use a credit card,
the advance can be made by Fax using the booking form that you find
in this page or you can communicate us your phone number and we
contact you.

Cancellations
No penalty for cancellations received 15 days before the date of
the tour. Any cancellations received after this date will be subject
to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made in writing
by fax or email. For all cancellations not received or in case or
your noshow, we will be obliged to charge the full fee. Bookings
made within 10 days before the execution of the tour can be cancelled
by Fax or email at least 24 hours before the boarding, with a penalty
of 20% on the total amount.
